It was Sunday early morning when we departed for Islamabad tour. The time to report at departing point was 6:00am and to my surprise, everyone was there in time which rarely happens.

I think it was the lovely connection among every fellow which triggered everyone to be on time and spend quality time with one another.

While travelling to Islamabad, in the way, some of our fellows really made the environment highly amusing for everyone with their dance moves especially Hassan’s dancing performance sporting dopatta all around him and behaving like ‘Chikni Chamelli’ was really something which could never be forgotten by us.

Another performance worth mentioning was Shahroz’s rapping which was surprising for everyone.

Our first stop was at Kallar Kahar where everyone relaxed himself a bit and some persons had some snacks and tea. We also took groupfies, selfies and group photos there.

The journey started again and our Ma’am Ghania took a break from drowsiness and stood up to interact with people. And that interaction further added to everyone’s amusement. Things kept going in this way and finally we landed in the green lawn outside Faisal Mosque.

At first, we all ate biryani brought by our beloved fellow Dr. Abid and Bhabhi. After that everyone went to mosque to offer prayer and have a look of the mosque.

Having visited Faisal Mosque, we marched towards Lok virsa. At lok virsa we took some very memorable pictures especially the random ones like I really like the click in Jackie Chen fashion with Shahroz in which I am attacking and Shehroz is getting defensive.

At lok Virsa, Jackie Chen Simulation.

Inside the lok virsa museum, there were extremely fine artifacts and sculptures of great figures seemed so real that one of our fellows touched that aggressively and it almost fell and she was like, saying her , I am sorry Uncle.

The next spot to visit was Lake view Park and having visited that we began our journey back to Lahore. And that was the time when everyone started to share his/her core learnings from Amal fellowship and alongside that there was an inner feeling of deserting with each other which made some persons tearful and some to virtually tearful.

Lake view boating.

It was an alien feeling which started pinching everyone that in a very short span of time, we all got so much connected to one another that its going to be really really hard to even imagine that we were having this last tour together as a batch.

The great thing about the tour was the values practiced during the tour, which we learned and got polished during the period of 3 months, like

everyone was willing to offer his/ her seat to the other, everyone was ready to help each other, everyone was ready to tolerate each other’s ‘Mazaak’, Ma’am Ghania was like giving her glass of bottle to the students and not drinking herself until everyone gets that,

On another occasion, Ma’am didn’t eat Zinger until every fellow was served, everyone was caring for each other, I witnessed Ma’am Ghania to locate dustbin at a fair distance and dropping her bottle in that to keep the environment clean, I could witness on return, she herself probed if any litter was left in the coaster and then asked me and Shahid to clear coaster of every litter.

Simply put, it was a journey full of fun, learning and values. We could never think of this journey to ever end as the actual journey does start now.
